In order to get over a Urinary Tract Infection (UTI), will just water and cranberry juice help me get over this or is an antibiotic NEEDED to fully recover? Thanks!

I think if u stick to natural drinks, mineral water and definitely cranberry juice will help, as it did for me but infections and diseases have diferent affects on different people so if things get severe then its best to consult a doctor and get your antibiotics. but i'm sure its not NEEDED if you have a strong immune system and healthy body.
hoped i helped lisa xx

You might need an antibiotic because I know a girl that got one and she got put in the hospital.

i would be careful with a urinary tract infection--definitely go to a doctor. but how do you know you have one? have you seen a doctor already?

Definitely go to a doctor. I had one and it got so bad that my kidneys started hurting really bad and I couldn't work. I went to the doctor and he put me on Cipro and gave me Lortab for the pain because I was hurting so bad.
