ok, so in the last year, i've lost a lot of weight...almost 40 pounds in total.

right now, i'm almost 5'8 and my weight fluctuates between 145-150...

i am a lot happier with my body now than i was before, but still not totally pleased.

so....i need to lose 10 pounds by the end of october...and also tone up my stomach & thighs which are definitely my problem areas.

the thing is, i go to school all day, and work 35+ hours a week...so that doesn't leave me a lot of time to go to the gym. i have an exercise bike, and i was thinking of doing 30 minutes of that a day on top of 30 minutes of pilates.

will that work, do you think?

i'd definitely appriciate any tips or advice.

Try not to give yourself a deadline to lose a certain amount by a certain time, unless it's a realistic expectation because if you don't acheive it you will be upset. That excercise regime sounds fine, but make sure you eat healthy too.
