hey, im 13, about 5'3, 140 llbs. I wear 5 in jeans, and normally larges-extra larges in tops. I wanna loose about 10-15 llbs before Jan. 3rd. (theres reasons). i dont mind my waist size, i just want some of the chubby ness away. How do u think i should get it away?

Excersice daily, eat smaller portions in your meals, eat slower..get off the computer..

Drink lots of water, stay away from fried foods and stick to only whole grain carbs, and eat a ton of veggies.

Also, exercize at least 30 minutes a day - running, walking, swimming, whatever. Just get outside and do something.

well, dont eat much, this should be in the advise column lol, ne who excercise, get out and run for abou t 10 min walk 5 min run 10 more min, do sit ups w/e u know

Its real easy, just do some exercises everyday (ex. jog 10 min, jump rope, do some situps/stomach crunches)and eat more vegatables, cut back on grains, cakes/candy/ice cream, and no breaded chicken or fish or deep fried foods.

Your not in a size 5 becuz I am 14 and in a size 3 and I way 115 IB Where do you get you pants from Abdullah the tent maker.

1. Be honest with yourself
2. And you might want to try putting a bag over your face
3. And rember I care and of course there is a back up plan

my 18 yr old brother did this to loose bout 15lbs. in about 2 months:
-45 mins of walking each and every day (maybe w/ dog?)
-only 3 meals a day (no snacks) & smaller proportions
-if walking gets to tiring atleast get in some crunches or sit ups for 15-30mis
maybe even alternate walking and do sit ups each day
it can be hard but its worth it :)

I think you dont need to loose any wait im 13 and way about 146 pounds and I still look good I dont think you should loose wait unless your doctor tells you to

What I suggest is that you follow a simple diet and then follow a simple exercise routine. There is a great diet and exercise on this website called maxpages.com/helpingteens. I know it helped me and my friends. I lost 10 lbs and my friend lost 15. It really does work.

k hi you're a moron. I'm a size 3 and I'm like 123. Soo.. stfu.

Anyway,

You have to take into consideration muscle mass, bone structure, water weight, etc. It's obviously not all fat.

Don't diet. For god sake, do NOT go on a diet. The weight WILL come back. Just make a few adjustments to your eating habits (I will assume that that means less junk food, given that I don't know how you eat), and of course exercise. Running or swimming would likely be your best bet if you don't do any other form of exercise. Just keep in mind that it takes about 20 minutes before your body starts burning fat.

and when you go to school for lunch you should pack a sandwich and a healthy snack and some water, thats what i do, so dont buy any more school lunches if you do, and when u get home try not to eat until dinner or if your really that hungry after school have some yogurt, hope i helped!
