Hmmm.. You just gave away the ending of the fourth book. Anyway, I was real suprised when Diggory died in the book. My favorite HP movie was
the third one and Harry is a hottie. </3

The third movie was my favorite, too.

I'm thinking the 4th movie could be the best so far - well ... I hope so. Looking forward to its release.
My favourite is PoA, then CoS, first HP movie was okay. :)

My favorite would be the 3rd movie. The fourth one should be the best with all those dragons and merpeople and the whole tournament itself should be great. Sorry for ruining the ending though...didn't mean to...

The Harry Potter movies are terrible compared to the books, the 3rd book was the best but the movie was bad. Also the movies will get worse from here on in. I took them over 2 hours for the 3rd movie( and that was leaving all the important stuff out) and the books from here on are like twice as big, there gonna miss out on half the book!

^ they just take out stuff that isnt pertinent to the plot. Or you would have a 10 hour long movie.

eg. They took out the spew thing and we dont see harry aunt or uncle at all.

Yup, I've seen the movies. :) I love the third one, the third book as well. Yeah, I'm sad that Diggory dies in the fourth book as well, but the actor who's gonna play him in the movie is very hot. :)

exactly, the books are so good and the films are just stupid, weak versions. with the crazy amount of devoted fans, they really don't need to make the movies so palatable to fucking 5 year olds.

they're not funny, the actors (with the exception of some of the adults) are NOT funny and RUBBISH. daniel radcliffe is disgusting and seems unable to talk without sounding stiff and forced. his eyebrows are out of this wo-orld and his creepy little mouth is scary and just ugh..

i hope they realise what a stupid mistake they've made by trying to take on the movies. i wonder why jk rowling let them, its so stupid. the best thing about the movies is lucius malfoy MMMM!

It's dumb the movies chop up the book, I know time makes it like that but it ruins it, and I am sure all who haven't read the fourth appericate your unmarked spoiler

The 3rd book was my favorite, so I was really really disappointed to see the 3rd one which sucked more than any other movie has ever sucked before.

actualley there is a PG-13 rating for the 4th movie, so there will be less 5 year olds, and this movie will appeal to older audiences and mike newell is a really good director.

I have to agree on Lucius Malfoy though, i love him. Ooh and Krum and Diggory!

Here in the UK the last movies have been a 12A, and I think the fourth one will probably be too. That means that anyone can get in to see the film, even people under the age of 12 as long as they are accompanied by an adult.

I do think the books are much better than the films though. I'm not saying I don't like the films, because I do. I prefered the old director (the one who directed the first and second films) to the new one (who directed the third).

ya, I prefer the old director as well...and I wish the person who played Dumbledore in the first one didn't die because he was a lot better than the Dumbledore they have now.

Unfortunantly it's rated M15+ in Australia, so anyone can go and see it without their parents.

Cristopher Columbus (who directed 1 & 2) made them kiddie movies and should be murdered. Alfonso Cuaron made it dark as should be, but also made some fatal mistakes, hopefully Mike Newell will fix all this.
