That film was more funny than anything. I remember watching it when I was a little younger and laughing at the part where the girl gets thrown into a van and there's a banner saying "i'm the guy your parents warned you about!". I think that's the one, anyway. :/

its about a guy that kills teenaged girls by takeing them and throwing into the lake and makeing them his garden it cool you have to see it
