hey

i recently went to the doctor about my back it was causuing me pain in certain postions and when i did my ab work outs. my cousin jusmped on my back in spet of 2004 and your probly wondering why it took me so long to see a doctor well i was on pain killers for three weeks straight and witht he pain killer in my syetem it didn't really bother me and through out the rest of the year the pain was really bad for 2-4 days but then would go away for like a week but then it got really bad i went to the doctor and she said i might have an inproply healed fracture does any one know how they would fix/heal one of those or she said the lump(the lump is right next to my spine as in on the edge) might be scar tissue once again how do they heal/fix that? and would this delay my working otut time becasue i never ever wanna be fat again...

dont worry about becoming fat as long as u eat a balanced diet and dont become a couch potato u will be fine trust me iam a gal

well.. if you want to know how they're gonna be able to fix it, you should've asked while you were there.

My guess is this. To fix an improperly healed fracture in the arm, they rebreak it. I don't know how they would do something like that on your back tough.

The scar tissue they would probably just make a small incision and clear it out. that isn't anything major, if they have to remove it at all.

But then again, what do I know?

Not excersising doesn't make you fat. Not eating well will make you fat. Just eat healthy and you'll be fine.

yes i am asking you guys simply beacause at the time i wasn't thinking to ask my doctor and i have been researching it but i havn't found any useful information so i was wondering if any of you have had this done before or can offer me adivice
