I am 5'3, and i'm 115 pounds! I don't like this and I want to lose mabye 15 pounds to get skinny. I know once this happends I will feel better about myself! I want to lose 15 pounds in 1 month and I want to know if you think I can do that..if you do can you post diet ideas ( besides lettace,tomatoes,veggie items) for me to do and exersizes I can do inside because I am punished. Also do you think I could lose a little pound before Monday - the first day of school? I don't know why but I think that will make me feel buchez better! I know I know your gonna say stay away from the junk food but i've been trying. Can you list some junk food I should stay away from? I need 3 meals a day but very small, thanks gyes...well I shoulden't say thanks because I don't even know if your gonna help me but surely you will. --XRxUXbXyX ;)

You're the right weight. A 100lbs at 5'3" is ridiculous.
If you want to get healthy and fit that's a different story.

I agree. Plus you're only thirteen and your body is still changing, so within the next year your whole body will be proportioned differently.
By the way it's obvious that you're iceskatingqueen93 or whoever.

one tip is dont diet. i find once youve got to your ideal weight you eat what you want an u put the weight back on then diet again. jus change what you eat. change the choccy biscuits to rich teas. have cereal for breakfast an have some salad with your chips. you dont have to stop eating junk food all togethor jus cut back little by little. get some cereal bars or fruit bars an eat them instead of crisps or something. have an apple when u feel peckish an drink water. jus dont go all out on starving yourself of sweets an stuff cuz it makes u want them more. do some sit ups in the morning when you get up an some before you go to bed. do some press ups things like that. hope that helped an made sence im in a bit ov a rush to write it lol.

well ive bin a totaly **** an went on a total binge this sumer an eatin a load ov crap so im gona b doin a lot ov presups an stuff but it helped me before loose weight. jus eating healthier will make you look better buh ur stiw growing.

Sadly, your mind has been corrupted by the media's image of what beautiful is. Being thin is fine, but being anorexic isn't.
E.D.I.T - If anything, you don't weigh enough. I'm 5'1 and 125 and I'm not overweight. There is such as thing as average - you don't have to be thin or obese.

Perhaps rather than short gain, you should consider a diet due to long term health benefits...
and rather than losing 15 lbs, perhaps you should consider putting on 5 but cut bodyfat if you want to look thinner.

Water (which you should be getting a lot of anyway, and spicy foods. However, the difference is small, and they in no way make up for a poor diet/exercise program.

Your not fat...your in the idea weight...trust me on this you don't want to be too underweight/thin ....for me i'm TRYING TO GAIN believe it or not..
i'm about 5ft 4inches and i weigh 96lbs. and i'm 15years old. I eat..and i've been eating good, so i think that's just the way i am.

U'vegot to be kidding me. I'm 5'3" and 130 lbs... (a size 2-4) and I swear to god that I am made out of muscle and kinda big boned, I know you don't have a picture of me so u don't have to believe me but its true, I don't have that much fat on my legs, its muscle (im a runner) but I hate these posts when they weigh less than me. It just makes me and other people feel really fat.

Yeah people like that are great.
Most people get offended if someone says "You're fat"... I get slightly offended if someone says "You're skinny". This hasn't happened recently but people always used to say "Omfgz alexx ur a toooootpikk!" I'm 121 lbs. I played that weight game at Michigan's Adventure, and they guessed 105 lbs. I was all like "Omfgz lyk wtfz0rz?"

ya don't worry i lsot alot wieght over the last year. i lost 40 pounds since 2004 and i am damn proud of my self. i am now 5'2 110 pounds and i am perfect i feel great but is stuggle with staying away from anorexia i have to wathc my self you are the perfect weight no need to worry your slef

In Australia girls who are sizes 8-10 still think they are fat. I am 5'5 and 120 pounds.
I am happy with my weight. Just eat healthy and exercise, none of this dieting and starving bullshit!

i used to be a litle overweight, all you need to do is eat healthy, and exercise for at least 20 minutes a day. I was in training for football, and over the off season, i got a bit sidetracked...lol. Ive been going to the gym and eating three healthy meals a day and ive lot 6kg so far, and am fitter than ever.
