Ok so I just got braces and I was wondering if anyone knows how I can draw the attention away from my braces. Anybody?

Make your eye make up so good that EVERYONE looks at your eyes and not your mouth!

Its hard, but learn to talk so that you dont show your teeth so much, Lol. Thats what i did, you can hardly see mine when i talk anymore. And keep your mouth closed to smile

I don't know, I've had braces for years and most of the people I know don't even realise that I have them. Other than that, what Abbie said (just don't over do it).

get silver rubberband it maks them less noticable and make ur eyes makeup really noticable but leave your lips kinda plain

I have the clear-ish ones on top so it's hard to notice mine from a distance. I don't see why it's such a big deal, a lot of teenagers have them so it's not like you're an outcast or anything.

If you don't draw attention to them, no one will care.

At first your braces will attract some attention, but once people get used to them, they will forget that their there!! X

it doesn't really matter if they show, it's better than showing ugly teeth!
but please don't smile with your mouth shut...that just looks weird

I know it's no big deal that i have them, I just look really weird for some reason. And I'm not gonna smile with my mouth closed because your right soakupthesun, it does look wierd. Thanks Guys!
