hi i'm 13 and i weigh just over nine stones and i'm a size 12. i started loosin weight last year and because ive always been a good swimmer i joined my towns club i train wiv them 3 times a week and i do races every couple of weeks i hav shifted a lot of weight but i still hav a trye of fat round the bottom of my stomach how can i shift this???i also hav big muscles on the top of my arm but the underside is flabby can n e one suggest any exercises that could help me?????thnx ashxx

Lots of cardio (jogging, biking, etc.), weight training (join a gym perhaps?), try yoga or pilates to help tone you up, as well as a healthier diet.
