Hello,
I just wanted to make a thread where people can write what they eat during the day and the exercise they do. People can read them and give advice for people who want to feel fuller between meals and if they want a healthier diet. I kjnow some people's diet changes on the weekend, so everyone just write about mon-fri.
This is mine:
Mon
Breakfast:
2 weet bix with milk
Lunch:
Salad(tomatoes, cucumber, coss lettuce, cheese)
or
salad & chicken roll(wholemeal breadthe )
Dinner:
Pasta(lasangne)
or
Steak with vegtables
or
chicken with vegtables
Tuesday: same as mon
Wednesday: same as mon
Thursday:
Dinner:
Chinese lemon chicken
or
Singapore Noodles
Friday: same as mon
Exercise: P.E twice a week at school, run up hills everyday and hip hop class once a week.
I wanted to know if i should instead of having 3 meals a day, i should have 6 or something cos i am having trouble not feeling hungry :cheeburga . What foods would be healthy and fill me up? I need to stay motivated with my exercise...

Err, I don't have set meals for everyday of the week. But for breakfast I usually have grapes, cereal, and maybe a donut sometimes. For lunch during the school year it's um... school food, and in the summer it's usually salami, apples, and grapes. Dinner is usually... I don't know it changes all the time, usually potatoes or something like that.
Exercise, I don't have gym class this year, but I dance at home in my free time, I do push-ups and sit-ups everyday. I'm in good shape.

i don have set meals. ur lucky tho, we have gym every other day.u could snack on grapes cuz i think the r -calories, same with carrots n celery. running uphill is very good

Today I ate birthday cake for breakfast, and tofu with vegetables, noodles and thai sauce for dinner. As well as a yogurt for a snack. I slept all day because I've been so busy and exhausted from the past week.

you only have it every other day? we have it EVERY day...but i have the easiest pe teacher lol
I'm glad that we don't have gym for ninth graders at my school, because all through middle school we had the toughest gym teacharr in all the land! Seriously. I think we were making up in advanced for what we were going to miss in ninth grade.

lol my good eating habits have gone out the window durin the summer hols.
breakfast: nothing im neva awake for it.
lunch: fryed egg on a roll or some chips.
tea: chips + cheese or something like that.
snacks: crisps choccy things like that.
ino gawd i need to get back into eating better before i go back to skewl.

erm breakfast normal a piece of fruit dinner a salad sandwich in brown bread then snack a yogurt then tea meat and veg exercise i do performing arts so thats singing dancing and acting for like 6 hours a day then i do weights and sit ups on a night :D

Breakfast: pancake.
Lunch: nope.
Snacks: 1 cup corn pops, Dole fruit cup.

i dont have already planned out meals but it mostly goes something like this
Sunday:
eat whatever the hell i want
repeat every day
& for exercise i do as much sit ups i can & push up & then i do like a whole bunch of leg exercises for my knee about a 1/2 hour to 3hours a day

trust me, u dont want wetbix straight with cold milk...GROSSS....
but im an amatuer (sp?) athlete so im in good shape, and on a pretty strict diet, i just dont eat thins that bring me down, and put all my emotion into training...

To all the people out there who wants to lose weight...go for it! :D
But dont starve yourself..you'll ger bored eventually!
I can give you some tips as I come from a "healthy freaks" family lol.
Give up junk food! It's stupid. Think about it..Junk food is 20 minutes pleasure (or even less), but being healthy/fit is a lifetime pleasure. What would you choose?
This is my diet:
BEFORE FOOD (15 minutes):
Half small cup of warm water with two tiny spoons of vinegar
BREAKFAST:
1) Cereal with low fat milk (or Soya milk), and one banana
2) Brown toast bread with jam, yoghurt, apple (or orange)
3) One boiled egg, one brown toast bread with butter, apple (or orange)
LUNCH:
1) Two eggs, one brown toast with butter, orange juice
2) Brown sandwitch with 2 tomatotos and 4 white cheese
BEFORE DINNER (15 minutes):
1 cup of warm water
DINNER:
1) Big potato, mashrooms (optional:with tomato sauce), and salad
2) Three pieces of potatos, green peas, peach juice, salad
3) Brown rice (optional:with butter), 1 egg (or 1 cup of cheese), grilled vegetables
AFTER DINNER (15 minutes):
1 cup of warm water
SNACKS: (choose two)
1 (any kind of fruit)
2 spoons of humous and 1 brown toast bread
fruits with yoghurt
1 slice of cheese
We have a small gym in our house (equipments, dumbless, kickboxing...ect). so I get to work out for an hour or more while i'm watching movies I rented, or my favorite tv shows :D I try not to make it a duty..
I do at least 80 sitsups, and other excersises everyday
And, I try to go cycling or to the park now and then.
Keep in mind: Eat less calories, burn more calories! And DONT skip meals.
