It hurts less then getting your belly button pierced...

So it doesn't hurt actually getting it pierced. I don't know about after.

It swells up for about 4-5 days and hurts like a bitch.

i havent had it done, but i had my belly done 3 weeks ago, and it didnt hurt at all, so ur tounge shouldnt hurt!!..it will swell up tho, and will be painful to eat solid foods for a few days!

i had a dream about somebody getting their tounge pierced last night...hmmm...

I've pierced my tongue by myself and it didn't hurt that much (expecially since i had numbing s*** in my mouth) but after the affect of the numbing wore off it didnt hurt much except when I curled my tongue
