I'm not sure if this is the right forum but I'm putting it here anyways.

Anybody have an exercise routine or workout?

I go to my local World Gym and workout four days a week, I divide my workout based on the muscles trained (chest and triceps day 1, legs day 2, shoulders day 3 and, back and biceps day 4)

....Nope. I don't work out. :happysad: I used to go to Gold's Gym, but I like, stopped.

You don't get fat from not working out. kate_. You get fat from eating fat foods.

yeah i workout. now i'm doing my workout before i go to work depending on what hours i'm working. and i also ride my bike back and forth to work for more exercise. plus stop myself from eating their fattening fast food lol.

I exercise. I go 2 the pool a few times a week n swim sum laps, then hang with frineds. I do like 300 situps/ cruches on the ab lounge a day. I go on an hour/half an hour walk every day, n take my dogs on 2 walks. i play basket ball (jus shoot n play games of it with friends) i ride my bike every day n stuff like that

I workout almost every day, and I practice for tumbling class everyday

I try to do a whole program on my treadmill a day, but it's out in the garage and it gets really stuffy and hot in there.

i do an hour on the cross trainer all those different weight machienes nd about three to four hours horse riding every day.but thats only cuz i av time in mourings cuz a da summer hols.wen i go bk ill only do horse ridin in a few minutes cardio 3 r 4 times a week

I run 2 and half miles everyday, plus tennis practice,and 100 situps and then light weight trainig every other day.

I swim 9 times a week, do body weight exercises twice, and do weights whenever i get a chance.
