I get my braces off a week from monday, Hallalujha :D , and im wanting to whiten my teeth once I get them off. I was just wondering which one I should use. I was thinking about the crest whitestrips, but the thing is, I think im getting a permanent retainer (a wire that goes on the back of your teeth) and I dont know if i can use the whitestrips with it. Please help me!!!

I just use rembrandt toothpaste (8 bucks a tube) and trident white gum. This way you don't have to stick crap on your teeth. I also use oral-b brush-ups when I'm not home for awhile. And avoid drinking too much grape juice, tea, coffee, etc.

Some of my friends have said that the Crest White Strips Premium or just the regular Crest White Strips work really well, I think it takes like 2 weeks or a month, I can't remember which it is. But I use Colgate Simply White Whitening Gel, you can get the regular kind that you use twice a day or the one for nighttime which is the kind that I have, you are supposed to see results in 2 weeks, I have used it less than a week and I have seen results, also you should try using the Colgate Simply White toothpaste with it which is what I use and try that new Listerine mouthwash that is supposed to help whiten your teeth, I haven't tried that yet but it's worth a try. As for the price of the Whitening Gel you can get the regular kind for about $7 and the nighttime one for about $9, I got mine at CVS but they have it at other drug stores and Wal Mart, K Mart, and Target too. I hope I helped.
