I would suggest going to a professional if you want it to look like that.

I do my hair like that alot! I don't know if this will work on your hair but heres what I do...
After i wash and blow dry my hair iron in flat and get any creases out. Then I put in this hair conditioning stuff (I'm to lazy to go check the label) *lol*. Then I take a curling iron and curl all of my hair in small sections starting at the bottom (make sure you are curling it so you will have nice tendrils and not big curls... when your holding the iron to your head it should e vertical not horizontal) after I do that I just take a pick to seperate the curls and spray some hairspray to hold it. I usually secure a few curls back with some bobby pins but you dont have to do that.
But keep in mind your hair might not be able to do that. It could be to thick/thin/silky/dry whatever to hold that style. I would do what ^^ said and seek professional advice.

there are some curling irons that are big and some tht are small, there are these philips curling irons where u can change the size, but they are not that good in my opinion!

As far as size don't use the really dinky teeny tiny ones...but dont use a HUGE one either because it will make the curls too big...
I really dont know... go to the hairdresser and show her that picture of the olsen girl and she'll do it like that for you... then at the end ask what products she used and what curling iron, straightener etc. Most salons have a place where you can buy all the gizmos they use
Sorry I'm not much help

triple barrel curling irons work the best I think, and they are quick too.

Here's a fast easy and really good way, after you wash your hair, put in a teensy bit of gel (important) and anti frizz stuff. Then dry it as normal. Once it's dry, get a 3/4" or 1" curling iron (no bigger or smaller than that) and turn it up to the highest heat possible. Then WITHOUT opening the curling iron (DON'T Put your hair under that clampo thing) wrap your hair around it in a loose spiral sort of form, just not tightly wrapped with all the hair in one place, while wrapping the hair take up the whole length of the barrel for a looser, more wavy curl if you know what I mean. Hold the curl there for about 10 seconds, if that's not enough get a hotter iron or try 20-30. If you want your whole head wavy curled, like in the first picture, put up the top layers of your hair while you work on the bottom. The looser you want the waves, the more hair you use in each section you curl. If you just want it on top, do sections of hair leaving them about about one inch apart, all around your whole head. This way looks more like the second picture. I know thi works because all last year I wanted my hair to llok like that, so one day my friend and I tried different ways, and this is the only way that worked.....We got tons of compliments, and pretty soon everyone was trying to copy us, but they couldn't because they didn't know the right technique. After all that, I found out that if I let my hair dry naturally it looks like that without any fussing. Ironic huh? I hope I helped. Oh, if you want it to stay a really long time, spray some hairspray into the air and walk under the mist a couple of times. :cutie:
