I think naming my work is my weakest point... anyway this is a non-rhyming poem I guess...... maybe more like a fragment of a story... You tell me.

Night life is peering through the trees
watching he and I
as we stand there
the moon shines brilliant
the sun of the night

I look into his eyes
sparkling in the starlight
It sets my heart beating
He smiles gently down at me
His face is close to mine


Suddenly his lips
are brushing my own
His arms draw me toward him
I begin to tremble
He holds me close for a moment
then lets go

I draw away so slowly
afraid to go
yet afraid to stay
and suddenly he grins at me
and then the dance begins

P.S. Just so everyone knows... this never really happened *grins*
