Well I want to get my navel and my nipples pierced but my mom is REALLY strict and she won't allow me to get anything pierced (not even my ears) untill i'm 18 (thats why i want to have my navel pierced so she won't be able to see it). But I don't want to wait that long so I'm looking for someone to do it for me. Any help/ suggestions would help me a LOT.

Yeah, that wasn't the best idea I ever had. I wouldn't recommend self-piercing.

it depens on what your'e piercing/ how you do it

ex: ears: it simple and you can just stick the needle through.

nipples: one wrong turn and you could stick it in your ribs.

i wouldnt do it because i think it wont would hurt more , i dont know why maybe because your nervous about doing it , so your taking it or doing it slower than it normally would getting it done by a pro would be over in like 2 -3 seconds. i personally wouldnt never think about doing it myself . my own opinion(quick and easy by a pro)

i have pearced my own ears 3 times on each ear and it relly didnt hurt meby thats just because im used to it i dont know but i wouldnt take a chance in doing the things u want done to many risks in it so personaly i wouldnt take the chance

I would never try anything except maybe my ears. I think the rest is too dangerous.

why won't she go take you to pierce your ears?? i got my ears pierced as a baby. i would get it done by a pro. i'm guessing from the rib thing your a guy lol. some girls wouldn't have a getting poked in the ribs problem for there nipple piercings.

I pierced my belly button by myself. it didn't hur...though it also didn't work. not enough skin pierced. OF COURSE it's dangerous. but that makes it fun.

&& yeah I did my ears && have gauged them it's a boredom thing what else is there to do at 5:30 in the morning??

Self-piercing is really dangerous. Theres certain places that you can hit and you can hurt yourself really bad. Its not worth it , imo. Maybe you should go get it done like with a friend's parent or like just any adult and say that they're your parent (since you can't get it done w/ out an adult if your under 18)

Self Piercing dont hurt that much if you know what your doing... i have done it twice... in my ears 2 holes.... and canada does have low age limits for piercing you have to be 16-17 to get it alone i think it is...

ears are easy be yourself, as of nipples, u can hit nerves and damage them
all my 8 ear piercings are self done...

yeah my friend did her own belly button with a bobby pin and then it got infected, so bad idea, its either wait or mess up your body

i pierced one set in my ears with my friends piercing gun. it wasn't all that bad since it was just my ears. i got the other sets done by a pro...still i wouldn't recommend it.

iv peirced my own ears lip navel nose i luv peircin stuf lol i do all my frends as wel,if ya gona do it make sure u got clean stuf tho.if u lok lyk 16 y dnt u jus go get it dun profesionaly(sp?).if ya get ya nipple dun r ur parents eva gonna notice?
