ok im trying to lose weight this summer, and im trying really hard and im losing weight but i still look the same, is it becasue of my body or will it go away eventually

well i wake up run around my block a few times, have some breakfest and it depends on how hungry i am, cuz sometimes ill skip lunch, im getting on the track of drinking more water and i have dinner, just the phaye wont go away

wow did you have the same problem as me?
o didn't see this....um yeah i guess kinda.had problem keeping off weight and diets didn't work for me. in the winter time i would usually gain the weight plus more back. i've got that under control now. anyway hoped i helped and good luck.

hm. well what are you eating for breakfast?

also, you shouldn't skip meals, as it slows your metabolism down.

keep your metabolism steady by eating something small & healthy (like fruits) every 3-4 hours. even if you aren't extremely hungry.

also, when you eat meals, portion control is a good idea. you should never eat until you feel full.

good idea to drink more water. it flushes your system out, and it is generally all around good for you.

keep up with the exercising, and you should be okay. :)

If you do and exercise where you lay flat on your back and then you lift your legs and arms up and then slowly bring them back down without touching the ground while leaving your head suspended, sorry if that is confusing but it helps your stomach, it doesnt exactly build abs but it makes it flat. Do different exercises to work different parts of your body... Hope this helps :)

Run like 30+ minutes everyday and cut back on calories. Basically just burn more calories than you eat and also losing weight takes time, dedication and hard work. Don't expect it to be easy.

Well eating breakfast speeds up your metablism so if you eat first maybe you burn more calories...or like you have more energy? I'm not really sure how that works though ...but I would eat breakfast 1st anyway...

oh and also drinking like, a lot of water helps too, like sure you'll piss a lot but its like running a rag through your system it cleans it out and it clears up your skin

Men push-ups. Haha that sounds funny.

Anyway, that only gives you muscle & will not burn fat. And if you have a layer of fat covering your muscles, they won't show anyway. I'm sick of these people on here saying just do 100 situps a day and you'll lose weight!

i've been dieting from the start of the summer, and i have lost 5 pounds so far, i have slipped a few times but got back on track

Lol... well you will have to lose more than that to notice a change. The first place you should notice change would be your face. Just keep working hard and losing more weight and you will start to notice it.

You will burn more fat if you exercise in the morning on an empty stomach, however there is a risk that your body may burn muscle to make energy. You can solve this by having some protien (with little or no carbs and fat), the best thing wouyld be a protein shake, but anything high in protein and low in carbs and fat would do.
