Hmm.. well its not something you can really tell by height and weight actually.. i mean you can get a general idea.. muscle weighs more than fat so it could be that you are just not physically fit but a 14 year old who weighs 82 pounds doesn't sound healthy to me... if you are eating right (not skipping meals or throwing up) than you should consider working out to gain muscle... If you are anorexic or bulimic than you need to get some help..
