I bought a a&f polo off ebay and it was a medium and it was so SMALL! I got a size larger just incase it didnt fit, so it still fits. Are they sposed to be skinny fit like the ralph lauren polos? I think I might buy a few more because they are so cheap and cute.

I say AF runs small. It usually has on me. I wear an 8 most places..but I have to wear a 10 at AF.

they probaly thought that they were making to the right sizes but didnt... many shops do that.
like in one shop your one size and in other your a different size.

my mom got me 5 pairs of shorts at abercrombie (kids) last year in a size 16 which i usually fit into....but they were huge on me!!! so i saved them for this year but they're still WAY too big!!! i wear like a size 2 but for some reason i can't fit into the 16s! their sizing definatly tends to be weird...

Yes, Abercrombie sizes do tend to run on the small side. I usually wear a medium in most tops, but their larges are even a bit small on me. I'm a 6 in jeans, and there I'm an 8, etc.

Hot Topic is owned through Gap. And Gap also owns AmericanEagle or AF.

Hot Topic is just as expensive as AE/AF if you pay close attention.

I shop at both, but there's no reason to talk about how great the other one is because it doesn't make you look like an 'anorexic skinny bitch.'

And for the record (not that anyone cares), but Hot Topic's size charts are way off. According to them I should wear a size 3 but I have a pair of pants from there that are a 3 and they're way too loose. I also have a 0 and they fit fine.

well if the shirts run small and the pants run big that nakes sence since the 00 pants were ooo big on me and your shirt was tooo small on you. i've never tried the shirts on though.

Abercrombies shirts and other clothes DO NOT RUN SMALL! If you are into fashion and do shop at stores like abercrombie, hollister, AE, and others, the style is that clothes are tight and you show a little middrif. you dont want shirts down to your knees. (If you got it..why not flaunt it?)

no actually abacrombie has those shirts that are tight but long so they don't stop at your midrif theys top at your thigh.

That is true..but they still arent in a different size. If you get the right size in one of those long shirts, it fits all the way down. Its still the same size as the regular shirts that show some skin, except it is in a different style.
