But i'm actually loged into my boyfriends thing, well i'm in good shape but thats only because i do alot of sport like all the time such as football, and i also do alot and i mean alot of athletic sports too.But you have to be really comitted. But yeah i have never went on a diet bcoz i've alwayz thought they were dangerous, so my advise to you is don't go on a diet just try not to eat too much fat foods and do some exercise or join a sports club! were i live there is a place called figure factary my friend went to it and she lost 3-5 pounds a week (she weighed 175) i think in in 2-4 months or something like that she went down to 118 it was the safe way to loose weight and she kept it off it cost 300 dlooars because she was only 13 the coool thing is that if you dont loose ou get your money back

your not going to loose 60 lb in 2 months without starving yourself. trust me, if losing weight was that easy, obesity would not exist. be patient and accept that losing weight is going to take time. you should not see results after one day/week.
