ok i know i said i would start this tomorrow but i will right now. so this thread is where you write what you eat and your daily exercise. also you start off by filling out this simple form. also please do not come in here if you are going to be negative towards others. :)

daily exercise: walked my dog for 45 minutes, then did 25 crunches, and 10 minutes of richard simmons

how long?: so far 60 minutes, but im still going to 24 hour fittness for 45 minutes

Yea, I'm not trying to lose weight or anything. I'm just tying to tone my thighs and get rock hard abs. I have to go to swimming class next year for 9th grade. I don't want a stomach that jiggles every time I take a step. Well anyways, I love adobo!!!!! Adobo and rice rocks my world!!!!! But now since I'm trying not to gain weight, I'm going to eat that as a snack. :D

okay, not everybody who is 100 lb or less is super-thin. you have to factor in mussle, height, and hips and stuff. so stfu untill you see everybody on here.

lunch: peanut butter sandwich and potatoes (:()

dinner: in and out burger with spread (it was soooo good!)

daily exercise: after doing some research i made a new exersize thing.

what type: sit-ups (upper abs) , reverse crunch thingis (http://www.timbomb.net/ab/rcrunch.html) (lower abs), and these leg lift things

how long?: i just do them as long as i can

i know that some know-it-all jackass is probably going to tell me that what i put isn't going to work or something but what the hell do you expect, im not a friggen dietician

i accomplish nothin....i lose and gain weight all the time ..ill loose 5..and then 5 more but then i gain 3 back or sumthin...so my problem is keepin it off.
All u people that is 80-130 are fine yall dont need to loose nothin....but i do and i admit it ....i feel so bad aboutmy self although every says u only look 130 ..casue of my body muscle ..but then i look at a scale and say dang 160......thats alot...so yea it does hurt alot to be liek i am but i cant help it..i am gonna try to do sports my fresman year ..maybe that will help...idk BUT ALL U PEOPLE 80-130 LBS yall are fine dont loose nuttin...i just wish i was like yall .......

Okay. I understand that this is a "weight watchers thread". But seriousley, none of you will lose weight, most of you will keep on gaining weight.

There is one simple formulaé for losing weight:
Calorie intake - Calories burned=if this is more then 0, then you will GAIN weight, if It's less, you will lose weight. Simple, aint it?

After reading almost everyones 'charts', I've realized that most of you whink that weight loss is something magical that will happend without working for it. Walking for 5 minutes? Eating peanut butter and chips?

Common, get a real diet, and WORK OUT! Don't do those 100 sit-ups, they won't get you ANYWHERE at all! Defined abs (or 'belly') will come with reduced Bodyfat%. To lower your BF%, you need to apply the formula I wrote above (remember, intake-calories burned=?).
Start doing cardio. Maybe, 2 or 3 hours of running in one day, and eat properly (4 meals/day, but healthy food, not cerials or snacks). When you have defined abs (won't come over a week, but maybe a year for overweight people), then you can start doing crunshes to make the abs more defined, until then, don't bother doing them (why do something that will define your abs when you have a fat-layer covering them?).

Remember that it's now when you're young that it's the most easy to transform your body, the more you wait, the harder it gets!

Lotuz i agree with you, i dont bother with all the toning exercises because you need to lose the layer of fat on the top before you do that.

I have been reading peoples post and all the exercise they are doing is situps and crunches etc. no running or walking or swimming, fat burning exercise!

Maybe its a US thing...

i did cardio yesterday actually. i just didn't put it in here because i know i'm not going to keep this lil diary up. i did 20 min on the bike, 10 min on the stride and 10 boxing. then my pushups and other arm work outs then my abs work out. i don't do cardio everyday cause actually your not supposed to do the same exercise everyday except for ab workouts(you don't have to but you can). anyway that's why i do my upper body one day and my lower body the other so one part can rest for the day.
anyway i've already lost weight and kept it off for a year so i know what i'm doing. and one little diary of one or two days is not going to tell you whether or not the people are doing something wrong. you at least got to give them a week or something not just one day.
i definitly don't have time to do 2 to 3 hours of running a day. i do to much things throughout the day to try to run for 2 to 3 hours. i've never seen anything that said you need that much cardio to lose weight. i've seen 30 min of cardio at least 3 times a week. or even 60min if yours doing something such as walking.
but yeah i shouldn't have started my diary because i'm not going to keep it up. i hope people don't get so got up in their weight and health that they end up getting themselves sick. because i've heard of people who over work there body and left out nutrients from lack of eating who got sick.

Of course you don't have to do all that cardio, I just figured that number from looking at peoples so called diets. Cuz, you know, Intake - training=? And most people here has massive calorie intake, thus they need more cardio.

And for fucks sake people, drink water! Some of you says that you don't drink any water at all, how fucked up aint that? Drink a gallon per day.

I took my time (5 sec) to google an online calculator for pounds-kilograms (just to see how much weight people wanted to lose), and all I can say is that I'm stunned. Most of you want to weight 100pounds, thats like 48kgs, which is really, really little.
But then, I also took my time to check some lenght, and thats when everything cleared up for me. Most of you are 5'2-5'8. I am 6 foot tall. It all makes sence now =P

dinner: even a bigger shitload of pasta, 2 eggs, 100 gram ham.

Military press 5x5.
Overhead tricep extension 12-8-6

No cardio, I'm bulking, remember?

What the hell are you smoking? About 20 minutes of HIIT a day is more than plenty for cardio with the means of fat loss.

Breakfast: nothing because I had to take these pills for a rash that meant I couldn't eat for 2 hours after taking them

Dinner: tacos!

Okay. I understand that this is a "weight watchers thread". But seriousley, none of you will lose weight, most of you will keep on gaining weight.

There is one simple formulaé for losing weight:
Calorie intake - Calories burned=if this is more then 0, then you will GAIN weight, if It's less, you will lose weight. Simple, aint it?

After reading almost everyones 'charts', I've realized that most of you whink that weight loss is something magical that will happend without working for it. Walking for 5 minutes? Eating peanut butter and chips?

Common, get a real diet, and WORK OUT! Don't do those 100 sit-ups, they won't get you ANYWHERE at all! Defined abs (or 'belly') will come with reduced Bodyfat%. To lower your BF%, you need to apply the formula I wrote above (remember, intake-calories burned=?).
Start doing cardio. Maybe, 2 or 3 hours of running in one day, and eat properly (4 meals/day, but healthy food, not cerials or snacks). When you have defined abs (won't come over a week, but maybe a year for overweight people), then you can start doing crunshes to make the abs more defined, until then, don't bother doing them (why do something that will define your abs when you have a fat-layer covering them?).

Remember that it's now when you're young that it's the most easy to transform your body, the
more you wait, the harder it gets!
