im not allowed to wear make-up...
i dont really get pimples or zits at all.
i only wash my face with water..
but when i go over friends houses and they drown me in make-up.. afterwards i get zits. yeah yeah... of course i take it off?

so...
just wondering if maybe thats why girls get acne... cuz all the greasy make-up
or maybe im just lucky

The girls I know who wear layers of make-up don't get acne and have [erfect skin. I don't like make-up and therefore don't wear it and my t-zone gets greasy. It's so unfair :(

Some of you are soooooooooooooo lucky. I always get zits after I wear make-up. Wish I wasn't like that. I feel like burning my zits off with lazer beams when I get them. Damn pimples. Why the hell did God invent those? Probally to make us teens go crazy.

You need to exfoliate, cleanse, tone and moisturise, makeup clogs your pores.

I wear makeup and don't get acne. The key to is to cleanse your face everynight when you do put it on.

makeup doesn't cause acne! ex. guys don't wear makeup but they still get acne. it may cause breakouts if you don't properly remove it but acne is mainly caused by genetics. theres a big difference between acne and breakouts, acne is when you face is constantly really broken out, breakouts are when you get zits ocassionaly.

it can clog your pores. if you have oily skin it really can. But if you wash it off at night and buy the right types of makeup you should be able to keep from having tons of zits

I never get zits when I wear make-up. Mainly acne is caused by hormones / glands whatever that produces too much oil and then when you touch your face, the oil in your hands collides with the..... I can go on and on about what my Science teacher taught us you know, but here here now, bottom line is just like what ^^^ kar991 said. Anyways, I don't think you should wear make-up when you have oily skin. Also, oily skin prevents you from getting a lot of wrinkles cuz it keeps ur face hydrated, but then it's vulnerable to dirt in the air and all that, which clogs your pores too, then BOOM.

u can get acne from makeup.. it sucks yeah, but wash with a face solution geez gosh! Use vaseline to get makeup off!! if your gonna drown yourself in makeup, wash it off at the end of the day! dumb fucks!
