What kind of exercises can I do to make me have a real tight stomach? Like, I want a stomach that does giggle aroud when I run. I'm already skinny just to let you know. I just want a real tight stomach? What exercises do I do to get it?

my cousin is a cheerleader and they do like 500 crunches and their stomachs r really tight

pilates!!!!!!!!!! but not the kind that you do at home by yourself... they dont work! dont be cheap!!!! go to the gym!

I agree w/ SweetChick2All0815. I'm not, like, atheletic or anything, but I work out for like 2 hours every day. Crunches work best (for me anyway). But, like, you have to do upper and lower ab crunches, not just one kind. Also, I work my obliques. I don't know what the exercise is cald, but I'll try to explain it to you. Okay, stand w/ your feet straddled a little wider than your shoulders (not a lot though). While holding weights in each hand (they don't have to be heavy at all, in fact, I only use 3 pounders), lean from left to right slowly (it shouldn't take more than 8 seconds), your hand should be even with your knee when you go to the next side. I do 25 in a set (going to the left is 1 count, then once you reach the right side count that as 2, ect.) and like, 6 sets, or more depending on how energized I am. Working on your obliques gets rid of(or in my case, prevents) "love" handles. Ewwwww! So yeah, work your abs and obliques. I only work them every other day, bcuz when you do these kinds of exercises, you're actually tearing your muscles (like weight lifting). So, in order for your muscles to rebuild they need @ lest 24 hours to rest. Then they just keep improving and your stomch will be rock hard and hott!

Yeah, um, the 500 crunches thingy, do you have to do it all at once or can you do like 50 at a time? And how long does it usually take for your stomach to be rock hard when doing crunches? And two kinds of crunches? How do you do them then? Well, um, PLEASE HELP ME. I'M SO CONFUSED WITH ALL THIS!!!! I don't know what to do now. Please help me. What the hell is an obli....I don't know what it's called. I'm sooo confused now. I don't know what to do.

you dont have to do 500 crunches a everyday. maybe 500 crunches a week. all you have to do is stomach excercises twice a week. go on google and look up excersises for your abs/stomach. do it on monday, and saturday. even once a week is good. you have to work you abs hard when you do work it though, make it hurt. if you just pump out 50 crunches and you dont feel anything, then you wont get anything. do them slowly.
