The whole rolls scene in Benny and Joon, which doesn't really have any dialogue but....whocares.

That doesn't really count, since it was a deleted scene from Pirates of the Caribbean, but Benny and Joon is another favorite, and if you've seen that [and memorized it, too... it's hard to catch unless you've watched it multiple times and loved it] that isn't very amusing. Johnny Depp added a little Sam into Jack... I really really wish they had left that in there.
