HOw would one go about making and open proxy so that one may access the internet through one's own computer by another comp. and if able make the porxy require a password.

Do you want just 1 computer to go through yours? depending on your connection you could just use a bridge of a 10/100 nic cable and stick 2 computers together if you have dial up, and get that effect. I believe you could use 2 NIC cards if you have high speed but you may have conflicts.


No clue why you'd want *your* computer as a proxy though, considering people use proxies for privacy.

If you mean a software proxy like megaproxy.com I have no clue btw.
