Yeah I know soo many posts on this, but...
Anyone have any good tip or routines/ whatever that they wouldn't mind sharing? It's not really my weight or size that I have a huge problem with (Though I wouldn't mind loosing some of that too) it's my boobs, they are huge (I'm talking like DDD here and no this is not a good thing) and I'd just like to loose some of that which you can do it you work out hard enough. So yeah Help!
