im 13, 5'6" and 112 lbs...i know im not overweight or anything, but i have this little pouch of fat on my stomach...i think it kind of runs in the family but its really annoying!!! other than crunches, does anyone know any good exersizes to get rid of it? espesially (sp?) ones that work fast ;) cause bikini seasons coming up...hehe....also, im REALLY busy...so i'd really like some exersizes that aren't like hours long if u know what i mean
and also...i have very weak thighs (even my doctor says so...i might need 2 go 2 physical therapy :( ) but i cant do squats and stuff cuz my knees SUCK! so if any1 has other exersizes 4 thighs...i would greatly appreciate them!!!
