Okay so I want to wear my old homecomming dress and I'm to big for it now... Yeah I guess I let myself go so I need to lose the weight before June 12 so I can wear it to this awesome party I'm going to any advice????

just cut down your portions and eat healthy and get at least 20 minutes of evercise everyday....

go for a 20 min jog evry uva day, not only dus it improve ur apperence bt it improves ur health 2! or u cud try joinin d gym n sweatin it out on a rowin machine or sumit :cutie:

You need to exersize -at LEAST- 45 min a day without stopping before you cut into fat. ...but that doesn't have to be something like really hard like it could just be like walking...
Oh, and btw weight loss is 85% exersize and 15% diet.

im not sure how possible it is 2 lose 20 pounds in like 2 1/2 weeks, but you can at least lose some...everyone's right...drinking lots of water (at least 10 glasses a day...if you get a GIANT HUMONGO water bottle and bring it with you all day that really helps) and excersize is just wut you need....and DEFINATLY don't stop eating!!!!!!!!!!!!!! if you just cut down on extra junk food...you don't really need to go on a diet, because diets aren't very healthy :/....i wish u luck!!!

That is not only a hard goal to reach but also unhealthy. The most you should lose a week is 2 pounds... and to reach you're goal you'd have to strive for 10 pounds per week. You'd have to turn to one of those carb free diets or not eating much at all to get results like that... but it's not a healthy way to lose weight and it can make your skin flabby... which is a bigger problem. Try slowing down and instead of setting virtually unrealistic goals come up with something easier to reach, it'll be easier to stick to and you'll see better results.

I'm sorry sweetheart, but there is no way you could lose 20 lbs in two weeks, even if you starved yourself and exercised until you couldn't move, you still could not lose 20 lbs in such a short amount of time. Aim for a more realistic goal, like 6-10 lbs, and even 10 is stretching it. Good luck to you, just remember to exercise about 45-60 minutes a day (cardio mainly for this), eat healthy and always eat something with carbs after the work-out to help with energy (meaning like a nice subway sandwhich, don't have to buy one, make one, no mayonnaise, as little cheese as possible).

If you have a lot of will power it should be no problem to lose...go for a week or two on this one: First three days of the week juice and water ONLY, soup for the rest of the week. The pounds will melt away.

get atleast 45 minutes a day 20 thats below average and don't go anorexic never works and i know why and eat alot of salad don't put any dressing on it though just olive oil or red wine vi-ni-g-a-r (what the heck) and i'd reduce what you eat but don't stop

crunches and sit ups don't count. they build musle but don't loose fat. do cardio such as walking or running. run in place which watching tv or something of the sort.

Well honestly jus cut down on wat u eat. Eat more healthy food in stead of junk. Excersize at least 10-20 min each day an it sud help alot.

I really don't think that's possible to do and still be healthy. Trust me not eating ddoes not do the body good, so even if you do manage to lose it you won't feel much like partying.

i just found this fabulous diet that helped my step bro lose 26 pounds in 2 1/2 weeks. u can find it at www.idiet4u.com/diets/sacredheart.html. i think your suposed to lose between 10-17 pounds in the first week. It's really easy and doesn't take alot to stick to it... Hope I helped :)
