He turned to the Dark Side of the Force, also called the Sith.

The 'one guy' that 'turned into' Darth Vader is Anakin Skywalker, the father of both Luke Skywalker and Princess Leia.

He has been seduced by the Dark side... young Skywalker has....

The Star Wars Trailer can help a bit though:

Want to know why he falls to the dark side? I can ruin the whole movie for you right now if you'd like.

I wouldn't risk it. I'd prefer you not to tell any spoilers...

And PM them if they want the spoiler, don't post it...

And there's this part of the Trailer that has Obi-wan yelling "You were the chosen one!" at Anakin Skywalker.... Well, in the later movies, he betrays the Dark Side by chucking the Emperor down a hole or something like that... (thats not a spoiler, you should already know this.) Therefore he is the Chosen One. Or was Luke Skywalker the Chosen one? Hmmm... perplexing...

The first Star Wars movies were called Episodes 4, 5, and 6. They came out in the 1980s or around there.

How could you not have seen them? Everyone has seen the original Star Wars movies, do you live under a rock or something?

And it is Darth Vader, not Dark Vader.

Right now since your kinda new to it, watch Episode I and II before you see III. I and II are nothing comapred to the orginals, they are far better (though is anything ever as good as the orginal?). Then watch 4,5,6. That is if you want chronology, adn for you it may be better that way since I'm assuming you've never seen any of them in their entirety. That way some of the things in the orginals will be more of a "shock" for you, thought I doubt how anyone cannot know the big twist in ESB.

If you want the better movies, the definitly watch the Orginal Trilogy then the Prequels.

1) He's called Anakin.
2) Yes he does --> Thus Darth Vader.
3) What happens? See the last 3 movies to find out.
