Well, for all you Harry Potter fans (if there are any at all...), I managed to stumble on something interesting (well, maybe not so interesting for people who clicked this thread to delibrately show their hatred for Harry Potter).
It was the "Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire" Teaser.
It seems alright, but I probably won't go to the cinemas to watch it.
And here it is The "Harry Potter & the Goblet of Fire" Trailer/Teaser (http://www.apple.com/trailers/wb/harry_potter/thegobletoffire/)
There's quite alot of "computer graphics" involved, since alot of animal/supernatural animals are needed in the "Goblet of Fire". I actually pictured the Dragon to be alot more bigger and alot more fierce but that's just me...
If I had to judge what rating it would get from that trailer/teaser, then I'd give it a 3 out of 5. It seemed to short and it's certain clips they decided to play didn't seem to "magnificent" and it didn't really make me want to watch it. Which is their goal for Trailers/Teasers.
When I read the book, I sort of enjoyed it, and it was probably the best of the series (so far...).
And for those people who despise Harry Potter, well I guess you can display your hatred, but usually people who hate Harry Potter wouldn't click on a thread saying "Harry Potter Trailer".
So what do you think of it?

I love the trailer so much! It really very different from the other trailers, and it seems so different from the other filming of the movies, you can really tell it's a new director, I think they did a great job with the Goblet, and it looks like it's going to be better than the last three <3

Theyre gonna fuck it up like whenever someone tries to make a screen adaptation of a book. Theyll probably try and cram it all into an hour and a half.

Yeah. The movie's weren't too good actually. I found the books much better.
There's always a timer for when the next book comes out.... it's really quite sad, but it'll do.
At the top, there should be a timer thats pretty exact... http://www.the-leaky-cauldron.org/
And the movie is coming out on November 18, 2005 I think.
I love the trailer so much! It really very different from the other trailers, and it seems so different from the other filming of the movies, you can really tell it's a new director
Directors:
Harry Potter & the Philosopher's Stone: Chris Columbus
Harry Potter & the Chamber of Secrets: Chris Columbus
Prisoner of Azkaban: Alfonso Cuaron
Harry Potter & the Goblet of Fire: Mike Newell
So your right. It is a different director this time.

That is so true...
Books are usually (if not always) better than the movie...

i like the book, but i think the book of Harry Potter 3 is the best! i'm disappointed at the Harry Potter 3 film, hope the 4 will be better. but i'm afraid the book is too long and the film only will be within 2 hours probablly.

Alot of people's expectations for Harry Potter movies are quite high... once you make a movie based on a book, the audience is bound to compare them, and usually their imagination (if not already destroyed by T.V) surpasses the actual movie.

I'm obsessed with HP. I won't hide it, lol. I'm a complete nerd about it...kinda like a trekkie...I'm one of those people with all the books, a sorting hat, harry's wand, etc, lol. I was disappointed about the trailer. It was weak. But I'll still see it in theatres. I saw the last one on Midnight that it came out. Dragged my best friend, lol. Lotsa wierd people go to that showing...dressed in full costume and everything, lol

I'm actually looking more forward to "Star Wars Revenge of the Sith" (http://movies.channel.aol.com/feature/starwars/trailer.adp?type=lrg) more. Probably because it completes the Saga. I'll go see that first... then wait till Harry Potter is on DVD :)

I didn't really like it either.
I would of found Chris Columbus directing the "Goblet of Fire" alot more better, since the other Harry Potter movies he did in my opinion, were pretty good.
Lets hope Mike Newell does a good job... :)

OOOOH I'M SO EXCITED NOW!!!! The 5th book is going to be called Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince.
I hated the guy that directed the Prizoner of Azkaban. He made the grounds so differant than the first two movies. I think they should get a real Harry Potter fan to direct it, that would be best. The movies have sucked so bad compared to the books. If Iw ere them I'd re-make the movies because they just didn't do the books any justice. If I were J.K Rowling I'd be pissed off because the movies differ from eachother so much. That's not gunna stop me from seeing the fourth movie though :D

Yeah the movies have sucked compared to the books, basically what really put me off reading them as much as I use to.
Though the sixth book looks good, jus wonder what the helll the half blood prince is so important for and who dies.
The thing that lets the movies down is the actors (I mean the kids) but I say they have improved well not Daniel he's the worst one of the lot whatever people say.

I hated the guy that directed the Prizoner of Azkaban. He made the grounds so differant than the first two movies.
Everyone has their own images/ideas what the Grounds look like. When I read the book and then saw the movie, the Grounds were alot different as I would of pictured it. Either way, if you were a director, wouldn't you want your picture of the Grounds to go on film, or just follow two other movies?
I think they should get a real Harry Potter fan to direct it, that would be best.
I would actually hate that. It really just depends how they picture Harry Potter. In this case, Chris Colombus has so far done an okay job.

Being a Harry Pothead I already saw the trailer. It actually looks worth seeing. Of course, I said that about the last one and I was very mistaken. I'm hoping this director knows how to make a movie. The third time's the charm, right?
Yeah, but I do love the books, just not the movies.

I'm hooked to the books, and I think the trailer will get longer as it draws closer to November and they start promoting it more, but right now we still have a while to wait so thats probably y its short

I often view online trailers in my spare time (why yes I do have a boring life...). But I rarely see any of the online trailers actually go on television. Most of them, being either edited in a different order, or completely different.
But either way, the movie looks alright, but I wouldn't get my hopes up...

The 4th one should be better - that wank Alfonso Cuaron is not directing it.
I think the trailer looks awesome!
