What did the meat eaters eat while on Noah's Arc? They couldn't eat the other animals because there were only two of each and they were meant to breed.

Being open-minded to all religions I can't answer from that point of veiw. From a logical one he (Noah) probably had food stored for them to eat. However there is no recording (that I know of) so everything anyone suggests will be pure speculation unless stated otherwise.

That is a very good answer and what I thought at first. But I'm thinking about after they got off of the Arc aswell. He couldn't have stored enough food to feed all the animals for the rest of their lives.

Well I guess that answer depends on who you are talking to.

Well, stopping to think about it, rabbits DO breed REALLY fast. And, they taste wonderful. Especially fried. :)

^Indeed they do. :D

God, using is great power, made the rabbits breed perfectly into pairs designated by the Fibbonaci sequence.

But I won't learn from it if it is claimed to be true and it's impossible to actually BE true. If I don't believe it I won't learn from it.

Come on, the boy that cried wolf wasn't really true. But you CAN still learn from it.

But that's actually possible so it's easier to learn from. I just don't know if I want to learn from something that is CLAIMING to be true when it really isn't possible.

why isn't it possible?

God made Noah bring extra of the "clean" animals, that just means the kind they eat. Here's the verses: You shall take with you seven each of every clean animal, a male and his female; two each of animals that are unclean, a male and his female And And you shall take for yourself of all food that is eaten, and you shall gather it to yourself; and it shall be food for you and for them." So I'm guessing Noah brought extra wheat, fruit, grain, and extra animals so that they could eat them.

Damn, so much for of old King Midas then (be careful what you wish for). And Hansel and Gretel (breadcrumbs are NOT a good marking device). I didn't know that a story had to be TRUE for you to learn something from it.

You have a point but the only thing that gets me is that those stories were never meant to be believed as true. Noah's Arc IS.

And some people believe it and some don't. Heck, some Christians believe it and some don't. Some Christians believe that the Bible is infallable, some (such as myself) do not. Some people believe the entire New Testament and discount the old, some (Jews for example) do the opposite. Some just believe in and try to follow what Jesus said and did in the New Testament but NOT what Paul said and did, and discount or take with a whole shaker of salt the old Testament (very close to my own personal belief system).

But, even if you DO NOT believe it at all, you can STILL learn from it.

Other than that, good luck.

that story was written in words, you must realize that anything could have happend to those words since they were first concieved till when you heard them, mabey some important fact was left out, or it was misstranslated, mabey it was meant to guide you? so just remember that when you say a story is wrong. and i think peoplzz explained it perfectly there.
