One thing some goths and punks, where expensive as clothes, because some designers, manufacture stuff for them, such as: Dior did back in 2003 (Gothic type). Helmut Lang a punk-style designer I find. Then you have other designers doing styles for rockers/metal heads. Then with Abercrombie/Lacoste/Banana Republic, are more refined, more classic.

i just don't agree with the whole black look. I just don't get it. And i would never go goth even if it was in style I'm a model and the goth style in no way is appeling to me!

It's who they are. I could dress like them, but I would never put the make up on or wear dog collars or anything. Punks/Skaters, have a pretty good fashion thing going for them, also.

Fuck that. I buy my clothes second hand from charity shops like Oxfam, and make my own style.

Nobody asked you if you agreed with it. The point is, they still wear it. It expresses individuality, and what you're all about. I'm sure their asking themselves the same thing, why you wear the things you do, not one of them (I doubt) is asking you to go goth, so let them be. They have a way of expressing themselves as do you, whether in black or in color etc, and even if you are a model, who cares if the goth style is appealing to you, it's appealing to them and that's all that matters, NOT what anyone thinks. People will go far, if they stop giving a damn what everybody thinks, everybodys always going to think something wrong with you, so it's like whatever, you are who you are, and love yourself for it, and fuck those who don't, all they can do is express their disgust and it's over with, Anyways, all I'm saying is, don't worry about how they dress, worry about yourself, they express themselves as you express yourself, end of discussion. :D

How do you express individuality if you copy other people by wearing black. Goth is just a trend now. If you feel sad paint your nails black like them and you are making a statement expressing your individuality. I really don't care what they wear. Wear whatever makes you feel good. But wearing black like the thousands of other goths is not that individual. How about being a pink goth!
