Hey. Okay, i'm not necessarily overweight, but i am FAT! It sucks sooo much, especially being in a bathing suit around guys. Anyway, i was wondering if anyone hadany good dieting tips or things that i should and shouldnt eat? Cuz i really wana lose weight b4 this summer and be able to look good in my prom dress!! HELP!!! So what's the difference in your opinion?
It sucks sooo much, especially being in a bathing suit around guys.
If boys are the only reason you want to lose weight...you're never going to be satisfied.

regular exercise and proper balanced eating habits. don't expect a miracle. 2 months before summer isn't the time to be starting your weight loss program.

Try a low/no carb diet. have fruit for breakfast, a sandwich on weat....or one slice of white bread. then for dinner have a salad with some kind of meat. for snacks:and apple and penut butter, meat wraps.
Exercise! walk for 40 minutes everynight after dinner. if you want to do more....try sit-ups!
i don't know how much you weight but my mom was overweight and she did this diet for 2 months and lost 40 pounds.

I would try this
meal plan to lose weight (http://www.seventeen.com/health/nutrition/spc/0,,658544_662727,00.html) and plenty of excercise. At least 30 minutes of cardio a day. Just any kind of excercise helps. And drink lots of water.
