anyway. i do alot of exercise. well not alot but a good amount. i've changed my eating habits. i've got almost everything toned the way i want it. tell me why then, am i having so much trouble with my stomach? i bike, do strider, crunches on the ball, arm curls, chest/shoulder work out, lounges, squats, stretch etc. i can drink up to 100 oz of water a day. i usually only get to 75oz though maybe more. what am i doing wrong? what can i do to get this stomach flatter. any one have any advice so i can get my stomach the way i want it? i'm not on a diet, i've just changed my eating habits. i never diet i see know point. soon as you go back to your old eating ways you gain even more weight back.
i'm also going into the navy after i graduate. any advice on how to get ready for their boot camp? i leave next year, i just want to start getting ready now. i'm sure when i go into the navy they will get rid of my stomach problem, but i don't want to wait a year for that.

It sounds like you're in good overall shape. You may want to reevaluate the things you eat. Maybe cut some more fat out of your diet. You might also want to up the amount of cardiovascular exercise you are doing... more biking and more time on the strider. Running/jogging is, in my opinion, one of the best overall exercises to improve overall health as well as burn body fat.

i can run, i just really don't want to. well at least not outside. i wish i had a treadmill, but they cost so much. i hate running in place too. if i use the strider real fast will that count as running a little? it's a transportable strider, so it doesn't have bars to lean on when i get tired. Is there anything that can equal up to running?
i don't eat alot. i stopped eating school lunches, they are real fatening. stop eating those is the one thing that got me in the shape i'm in now. i have a little snack(granola bars or pack of cracker sandwiches maybe with fruit cup) and a 16oz bottle of water instead. i need to cut down on my sugars just a little bit more i guess.

Treadmills are great but if you don't have one or have access to one, there are other things you can do. Using the strider would qualify as aerobic exercise. However, you don't want to use it real fast, like you were sprinting. Here's some information from a website that explains why:
The words aerobic and anaerobic refer to energy pathways that are utilised during exercise. Aerobic means "with oxygen" and anaerobic means "without oxygen".
Fat needs oxygen to burn completely so in order to burn fat during an exercise we need to move slowly and smoothly. This enables muscle cells to be supplied with enough oxygen to continue with its aerobic capacity and utilize fat as the main energy source.
Anaerobic exercise requires moving at an increased pace or with greater effort. Exercising this way burns more calories but results in a greater demand for oxygen which cannot be delivered in sufficient quantities to allow cells to continue burning fat. When we breath heavy we start to develop an oxygen debt and muscle cells switch to burning mainly carbohydrates, this fuel burns quickly and does not require oxygen.
Anaerobic exercises such as sprinting or weight training require more effort and up to 95% of the fuel used will be carbohydrates.
Although anaerobic exercises burn more carbohydrates they can be important in any weight loss program. They help burn fat indirectly by increasing the metabolic rate after an exercise session. To effectively burn fat, you'll want to exercise at a steady pace for at least 30 minutes straight. The idea is to get your heart rate and body temperature up and keep it at that level for an extended amount of time. Also, it wouldn't hurt to do more crunches and other exercises that target the abs. You can train your abs on a daily basis. They're one of the few muscle groups that really can't be over-trained.
It sounds like you're doing fine, in terms of your diet. It doesn't sound like you need to complete overhaul your eating habits. You can probably just make a few adjustments and see some results. For example, drink less soda or cut it out completely. Be careful of fruit juices too, like orange juice... they're usually very high in sugar. Another thing you can do is just eat a little less at each meal. Leave a bite or two on the plate instead of finishing everything. In your case, it sounds like if you just trained harder and/or more often, you'd see the results you want to see.

If you want to lose fat at all, you have to do some form of cardio. That can include running, jogging, quick-walking, or even a fast-pace dance. You have to get your heart rate up past a certain point to burn fat.
Good luck...weight lifting will also help you boost your metabolism, which can help with this.
