i got a belly prob i've gained wait after being in hospital for so long and i've been ill i've gained so much weight like a few pounds and i really need to loose this flab for the summer i'm going Dubai in jully with my mates for a holiday and i need my abs to look fab
please help :cry:
exercises that i could etc to tone up my abs

People are going to tell you to do crunches/sit-ups and other ab targetting exercises but to really achieve the results you're looking for, you'll need to do aerobic/cardiovascular exercise, like running. You can do all the crunches you want and sure, while they will work your abs and tone them, if they're hidden behind a layer of fat, you won't see any visual results. You'll need to burn the layer of fat to uncover your hard work. Only sustained aerobic exercises will burn fat effectively.

proper diet and regular cardiovascular exercise and time

anything less is unhealthy or not going to work. period.
