heya, im going out today and i have a brown t-shirt i want to wear and black trousers. some people say its a crime to wear the two colours together, some not.. do you think the two will look okay together or not?

NO NO NO. Black and black would be okay, but not black and brown. The colors are too similar, it looks like you were trying to match.
