i did like sit ups and stuff and i got 1
girlz think its sexy
and i did ptha stuff too but i fhoget but i still got one it took a while but i got 1 :)

HEY!!!! i want 1 too!!!! not that im fat, but i want a quick way to get a NOTICABLE 6pack...not the 1 i have thatz lykes 2 play hide-n-go-seek...hides usually all summer...
i BEGINNING my STARTER 6pack by doing about 1/4 of what usher does every day...200 situps...
me:
50 situps+1 can of pepsi+skipping breakfast+skipping lunch+a hell of a bigg dinner=my six pack
i dont recommend it...

no no no you got it all wrong. To get a six pac simply go to the store.. pic up a six pac.. buy the six pac.. drink the six pac.. (Repeat the proces several times)

Thats retarded and unhealthy.
Theres a "six-pack" and theres the "I gotta high motabolism so my abs show off easily".
