I've tried dieting so many times but i can never stick to them. do u have any ideas or diets that might work for me? also any excersizes that work well..

*i am NOT one of those skinny girls that can fit into a size 0 but still thinks she's fat!*

Well, obvously the easiest way for you to find a program that you can keep up is to find one you find fun. Too start, try something involving aerobic exercise, like long distance running, for having that base stamina gives you the energy you need, and increases your chance of success. Too many people begin gym programs and stuff like that without having the cardio-vascular strength they need, and as a result they run out of energy fast, and the program is dropped. Then, consult a trainer, and devise a more advanced program to begin losing weight. As for dieting, everything in moderation, and find healthy snack options that you enjoy. The toughest part of any program is ALWAYS mental. Also, having simple things like a song that you find motivating, or even having a friend to train with, can really make a training program not such a grunt. There is no easy way to get in shape, but once you find a program that works for you, it becomes routine, and you will feel good about it both mentally and physically. im just like u i find it soooooo hard 2 lose weight i h8 it its really annoying if any1 nos any tricks im all ears :)

DDR (Dance Dance Revolution) seriously helps. Yeah it sounds gay and it might look retarded, but you can really feel it after you do it for a little while and I think it is actually kind of fun in a way. My jeans and shirts are getting loser and I've only been doing this like 3 days a week for a little less than a month.

By the way, I know what you mean about people who are always calling themselves fat and they're like a double 0!! I can't stand it...I'd rather them brag about being skinny. (That comment is to the people who are skinny because they don't eat, not the ones who have health problems or just can't help it and everything.....)
