Hi I have trouble staying on a diet of any kind. any sugestions?

just dont eat a lot of junkie shit and do a couple excercises at night....but keep up with it

y u on a diet?? well if u are just chew gum or somehting when u wanna eat or get something with no fat in it like popcorn without butter, u kno and just make sure your excersining enough to burn calories and eat a normal amount of food and exercise and you'll lose weight.. good luck <3

First of all, you need to know what your trying to accomplish by dieting. Are you trying to lose weight, simply eat healthier, or have more energy? Do you want a strict diet to increase you athletic potential, or a moderate one just to keep healthy? Asking yourself questions like these will help you find something that your satisfied with, and help you find something long term. Of course, don't go with anything too specific, be open to any new food options you may come across.

"Trimspa BABY" lol...I really don't know I never had to go on a diet before..Just eat healthy and try and get out to exercise whether it be running around the block..If you want to eat a pack of cookies be perpared to burn off ALL the calories,because that's the only way it'll work..Don't beat yourself out though...

Omg you retard if you chew gum it makes you hungry your stomache thinks your going to swollow it which your not so you just get more hungry what a dick!!! when your hungry have a glass of water it fills you up but if you still feel hungry (or you think you are) eat a piece of fruit or veg
