Anyone know how to get a completely flat stomach

I do one hundred stomach crunches when I wake up. 50 when I get home, and 100 before I got to bed. Stomach crunches keep your stomach small and they are easy to do. Just do sit ups!

well you can do all the crunches you want..but if you got some fat on the stomach its just gonna make you look reall thick. you gotta keep up the crunches but also do cardio, like running to burn off the fat. cardio and crunches together guarentees a flat stomach

I try doing sit ups but for some reason it makes my stomach hurt really bad just below by ribs. I cant doing any workouts that strain a lot or my stomach hurts. Is that normal?

yes, if you dont do them regularly and out of the blue you do them itws gonna hurt a little

does walking work too? Instead of running?
Because I really can't run that much because I have knee problems.
and I noticed that my stomache hurt to when I didnt do sit-ups one day when I have been doing them reg.

i do crunches, sit ups and back extensions. they work and give u a small and toned stomach and are easy. just dont do too much if ur not used 2 it or u wil strain ur stomach.

yes walking does work, but it cant be a stroll, u have to power walk, power walk for half n hour each day, and also , u dont have to diet but just cut down the amount you eat at once, eg if u have for breaky 2 eggs 2 slices of tost , try havin 1 egg n a slice of toast! if u feel hungey head for the fruit!

if exercises hurt u, which usualy does happen if u arent a regular exerciser , u will find after u have been excersising for about 2 weeks all the time it your body will get used it it n become more able n not hurt as much, but if this doesnt work... then try dancing, this realy helps, if u dont wanna do lessons then try gettin a dance mat , this helps all your body n if used regularly enough u will see a huge difference in ur tummy and other places ( like tones ur bum lol )

how do you do back extensions? What are they anyways?
Its for your lower back muscals.
Try laying on your stomach and fully extend your legs and hands and hold it with none of your limbs on the ground.

water.. water is key.. drink lots and lots of water.. it also helps clear skin and your system.. and the frequent trips to the bathroom can be put toward amount of excerise lol :D

Dieting is bad you should always eat healthy. No sodas, no candy (occationally), lots of fruits and veggies, you can eat all you want as long as its healthy. Oh and drink lots of water.

Well first off you have to eat healthy, if you don't your tummy will never be flat. Second exercise, a good exercise is V-sit ups you lay flat on your back with your legs out in front of you and your arms extended above your head. Then using your stomach muscles pull your arms and legs up until your back and everything are off the ground (make sure to keep your legs and arms straight). You should look like a giant V! And supermans are good too, lay flat on your stomach this time with your toes pointed and your arms out, then lift your arms, tummy, and legs off the ground about 5 inches and hold about a mintute and then go back down, but you have to stay straight! You should look like a superhero flying(hint the name).

Whatever floats your boat. I didnt come up with the saying.... and diet does count for the majority of fat loss. Diet and cardio.

ok cardio i know a good shoe u can follow alone i don't know if it comes any more it use too come on about 5:30 in the mourning on espn.do a lot of crunches and sit ups but this isn't enough .when u do sit ups swing ur elbow up too ur oposite knee this gets the lateral muscles and makes ur stomach flat

dieting does a lot...it gets rid of the fat...the exercise and workouts help you maintain
