You put me down when I needed you,
You promised me things you were going to do,
But all of it was lies, deciet and falseness,
That just describes the self centered little you.

I thought I'd have a better life with you,
All those things you promised you would do,
They never came into the question at all,
You didn't have the heart to care at all.

When something happened it was always me,
That had to pay your dreadful fee,
I can't stand you, I hate you, why do I still see you?
Maybe because I still care for you.

Why can life be such a terrible disease?
Creeps up on you when your minds at ease,
Why did you do it when I was down?
Are you glad you got your kicks out of it now?

But now I can stand up on my own two feet,
Don't need to put up with your lies and deciet,
I have people that actually care for me,
Love me and treat me respectfully.

These are my two favorite lines. I love it Sooooooo much! You did a really good job. It had kind of an Alanis Morissette feel to it. I liked it.
