I already have a pretty nice stomach, but it's still not as good as it could be. Does anyone know and intense-ish workouts for your stomach that don't require going to a gym or any other fancy equipment? I have some weights and that's about it.

I also want some good workouts for your obliques. I do the Around the World thing, which is where you lie on your back and bend your knees and move your upper body in a circle. And I do the ones where you bend your knees and put one ankle on the opposite knee and try to touch your elbow to your knee and then switch, but those aren't really providing the best results. Does anyone know of any others? Thanks a lot!

increase the intensity of your workout. add weight/use an incline board.

perhaps you need to lower your bodyfat % (no, i didn't call you fat)

I like doing stomach crunches. They tighten your abdominal muscles. Obliques are great but can be strenous. Try light relaxing exercises. You'll actually want to do them! Try doing fire hydrines to build leg muscle. Start in a doggy position. Knees and hands on the floor. Kick out one leg. Hold it out, then bring it in. Then do the other leg. The other is called Dog. Start in a push up position. Hold your body up and raise your head. Keep bringing your head further up.
