make sure you have all of the latest video card drivers, and make sure you've run windows update and gotten the latest 'Microsoft-certified' processor drivers.
also make sure you have the latest directx.
but if none of that helps try a new video card.

His videocard is a hunk-o-junk. The game he is trying to run, has a MINIMUM requirement of a 32MB vid card supporting hardware T&L, and he doesn't have this. He has no hope. :( UPGRADE!
