Ok i know that there are SoOoOo many threads about losing weight, but I just had to add another one. Ok, I have read a lot of these things, and I hate the people that say that they are " 15 years old and 120 pounds" and need to lose weight. (this is an actual quote from a person who posted a weight thread.) I am 16 yearsold and I weight 195 pounds. Everyone tells me that I look like I weight 150, and that Im fine the way I am, But I hate my body. Recently I have started walking alot. I also started to do sit ups, and push ups, and leg lifts.(Where you lay on ur side and lift ur leg up and down overand over) First question is: Does walking a lot make u lose weight fast? Ive been walking 2 or 3 hours each day. Second question is: When ur doing sit ups, is it better to sit all the way up, or just half way, cuz I heard that gurls arnt supposed to go all the way up cuz it deforms their tits, well thats what a person who works at the gym my friend goes to said. I have always been going halfway. Is this effetive? Thnx for any suggestions you an give me

Well ya the best way to lose weight is not to eat badly like eat alot of fruits and vegtables and everything like maybe eat smaller portions but dont cut out foods u kno and exercise regularly because the point is to lose the calories you've ate and the way to do a proper sit up is to lie down on a flat sureface and put your legs at a 45 degree angle and put your legs on you thighs and sit up until your fingertips get to the end of your knee.. well good luck

ya, just do a lot of exercise (do sumthin u enjoy so you'll have fun doin it and wont get bored). i think about the sit up thing (tits gettin deformed) is a lie! the things you are doin now are fine. try holding the sit ups about half way a for as long as you can.good luck tho!

i am about like u bipiercedfemale....but not exactly i am 5'5 155 pounds everyone talks about i look liek i am about 130 but i want to lose weight i dont do nothin much to control this all i do now-a-days is just not eat much of anythign unless i am really hungry.i eat like 1 meal and a snack or 2...i knwo this isnt that good but i dont have time to go places like gyms and i dont got the money to go ... everyone dont think i am fat but i do eveyones liek ur not fat and i think differently.....i wish i could lose atleast 15 lbs any advice for me ....??? e mail me plz cjt_862_1550@yahoo.com thnx see ya and sry i cant help bipiercedfemale.......and if u do have any advice for me plz dont post on here i dont get on here much
