Have no friends and never leave your house. There you dont need to spend money on a cell phone. And to boot you save money by not going to places.

by one... you can get a prepaid one at walmart for like $40. then you just buy the mins to put on it....they cant stop you.

Get a prepaid one from virgin mobile. There are no contracts or monthly bills. The phones arent that expensive either. It's 25 cents a minute, and you are required to pay at least 20 dollars every 90 days in order to keep your service running. When you buy a new phone card, all of your minutes will rollover. Tell your parents that you will pay for it. If you cant afford it, you will still have 60 days to buy a new card after your 90 days is up. http://www.virginmobile.com

Prepaid fucking sucks!
thank God my mom pays for my cell bill..it's only 20 dollars a month on a family plan for additional lines.
(Cingular) of course and you pay 50 bucks a month for 600 daytime minutes and 5000 night and weekend minutes and then 5000 mobile to mobile minutes.
but just ask them...usually they'll understand..my mom did.

I have a nokia and i have a pre paid card!
i thought it was awesome but i txt like 24-7 and spent like 100$ in minuts in like 2 months....bad idea

Correction, I have a virgin!! And its 25 cents a minute for the first 10 minutes of every day.. the rest of the day its only 10 cents a minute. :) Just thought Id throw that in ;)

man, cingular does suck
My family pays for main line and I pay $20 bucks for my line, 1000 daytime, unlimited night and weekend and unlimited mobile to mobile, free voicemail, free phone forwarding, and free downloadable polyphonic ringtones. And my phone only cost me 99 cents.
But I needed it. We don't have a home phone anymore, we destroyed it.
