Hey! I love to exercise, especially running, but I was wanting to know if there are any really good exercises for my love handles. I don't think I'm fat, 5'4", 110lbs but I carry most my weight in my hips and butt so I was hoping for some help. Thanks!!!

do those side crunches. where you life your knees up and touch your alternating elbows (right elbow to left knee)

side crunches don't make "love handles" go away. cardiovascular exercise and proper eating habits do.
