The blue beat bullying wristbands were free as part of a Radio one campaign. You could go to the BBC website and order one but that was way before Christmas and the whole campaign has been stopped now. You could try e bay though. The livestrong bands could be bought from the Lance Armstrong website, but I don't know if you can still buy them now.
