How long did you exercise for today and what did you do?

When I'm feeling extra bored/obsessive, I compare how many calories it says I need a day to how many I get minus how many I burn. I think this thread is me hoping to find that other people spend as much time as I do thinking about stuff like this, haha.

I didn't do much today. Sunday I stay at home. Once I can get to the gym by myself, I will go more often.

I danced for 30 minutes when I woke up. I walked around school in the morning for nearly 45 minutes at around 3 miles per hour. Afterschool I danced a little more, and then I went to softball practice.

I'm OCD about my excersise and my calorie intake daily. Sometimes I'll sit in class and just write out how many calories i've had that day so far or how much I plan on...see what I can eat less of or eat more of to even me out to about 1350. It's a curse.

I walked to the car, and from the car to my class :shrug:

it is still only 9.30am though so I'll let myself off!

I already know the excersise I'll be doing today:

Walking from class to class at 3 mph.

Pitching for 45 minutes.

Jogging 1 mile.

then all around school
played in a netball match (we won :P)
walked home and thats about 2 miles

200+ metre sprint to the gym :P
did 1hr of boxacise (fucking hard)
then my workout with pretty high weights.
and some more crunches.

oh boy..
well i started by doing my morning laps during first period, since i have it off.. (we're lucky enough to have a pool).. then when swimming came around we swam a 2000.. yeah try that, thats freaking hard at a decent, no stop, pace.. :rolleyes:

Here's what I did today:

Walked around the school for twenty minutes.
Ran for 10 minutes in gym.
Did sit-ups, push-ups, and all of those gym exercises.
Played basketball for twenty minutes at school.
Played basketball for an hour (outside of school).
Did more sit-ups, and push-ups.
Lifted this 5 pound weight I have.
Used the 6 second ab machine.

First off, I had to run up the steepest hill ever! felt like it!I wanted to quit it was so hard! then like 60 push ups and sit ups too. dont know how many. then i had to do this stupid obstical coarse thing 2 and i was seriously sooo tired that i collapsed for the things football players do where they drop and get up and drop and get up a bunch of times. i forgot what they are called.

I jogged a mile, did a couple of crunches and pushups and that's about it.

do pilates for abs.
did leg presses and free weights.
ran bleachers.
played a soccer game.

2 hours tuesday through thursday for the fact I run track.
