I guess you could count skating as running so I skate every day. It is vigorous skating so that's why I would count it as running.

I run every couple of days, but I have softball everyday, whether it's batting, pitching, warm-up, general, and I dance, and weight lift on the side.

I'd call that extremely active vs. most in my school.

I don't work very hard in PE, but I take a ballet class everyday after school except for Wednesday, Saturday, and Sunday. My classes are 1.5-3 hours long. Depends on the day.

We run a lot in P.E. Just today we ran about 30 laps around the b-ball court. We do these things called 2:20's, - you have to make ten laps around the b-ball court in two minutes and twenty seconds or you run it again. THEN we do these things called 5-4-3-2-1s, - you run from the baseline to the half court line and back, then you go to the opposite baseline and come back, and that's 1. You do this five times without stopping, then you do it 4 times without stopping, 3 times without stopping, and 2 times without stopping, and then finally 1 time without stopping. Needless to say several people throw up, but not me! I don't have a very strong gag reflex... WOOT! unfortunately we get graded on our performance, which in my opinion is bullshit.

Here's how much I excersise a day:

20+ sit-ups.
20+ push-ups.
30+minutes of running.
10+lunges.
30+ minutes of playing basketball.

Then there's that other stretching and stuff in gym.

Running's for poofs.
I play football 4-6 times a week.
Gym 3 times a week.
Boxing once a week.
Swimming occaisonally.
Crunches and push ups the day I'm not at the gym (100 of each).
And I walk a couple of miles a day to/from school.

(BTW, I am not gay.)
Each week, I run 24km. But that's only in the peak season (I play National Hockey)

Other days, it's tennis basketball and hockey.

I workout everyday (alternate lifting/cardio) and I tend to spend about an hour at the gym, and 30 minutes when I run. Besides working out, I maintain a very healthy diet.

I play soccer, tennis, and I also swim a lot. When it is warm I bike too.

I usually go running after school. Just until recently I took gymnastics for 13 years, 5 days a week, so running basically keeps me in pretty good shape, plus the weight lifting and aerobics we do in gym.

I have aerobics and its freakin hard. I also do cheerleading which is physically demanding as well.
