Is there anyone else out there who hates when girls wear lipliner without lipstick? It drives my crazy and I think it makes you look weird.

Yes, At least use lip gloss or something.

I wear it sometimes with just lipgloss that matches. I do agree it looks a little odd and unfinished to see defined lip line with natural colour on the inside.

Looks awful. Especially when it's pink

There's no excuse for it. Even if your lippy's worn off, find a mirror and touch up!

But it looks really ugly when its an extremly dark liner, like brown or burgandy, with no lipgloss or lipstick.

I had a teacher in 6th grade who wore nearly brown lipstick every day, and after breakfast, all that was left of her lipstick was brown lipliner...on extremely pale lips and bulgy eyes with sparse eyelashes. It still tortures me. It was very interesting to watch her talk...

And lip liner is like eye liner, a pencil that you out line your lips with.

my lips are naturally red i mean RED so if i were lipliner w\out lipstick no big no one can tell

it makes me cringe. makes um look like a porcelain doll ..gone rong.

I really, really hate it as well when girls wear really dark lipliner with really light/metallic lipstick.

People usually wear lipliner when they wear lipstick so you get the lipstick on your lips and not around your lips. But without lipstick or lipgloss there is no point, it just looks ugly, but it is ok if it is the same shade or one shade darker than your natural lipcolor.
